Please read these Terms of Service completely using footcaddy.com which is owned and operated by ProX Golf Products, (DBA FootCaddy). This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Site at footcaddy.com.

By using or accessing the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site, or adding your own content to the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and never been used. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. For returns, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Defects

Defects will only be honored within the 30 day returns policy. If you notice a defect in the product, return it to us within the 30 day window, and you will receive a replacement product at no charge, subject to change. Be advised, our product is a sewn product and may have some untrimmed threads or extra threads that me occur. This does not meet the standards of a defect within our agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of California, United States.

Changes to This Agreement

Your ProX Golf Products, (DBA FootCaddy) reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the Your ProX Golf Products, (DBA FootCaddy) site immediately.

WARRANTY
